The design proposals and  ongoing construction works will add a single storey rear and side extension, and a 160sqm basement extension, as well as alterations to the fenestration to the West and South elevations at Ground and First  floor, addition of air conditioning with external plant enclosure, and minor alterations to the front boundary wall.
