Full internal refurbishment of a 4-bedroom apartment at Coleherne Court in Earl's Court

Internal refurbishment of a top floor 4-bedroom apartment located in Coleherne Court, a well known mansion block located on the borders of Chelsea, South Kensington and Earl's Court. 

Works included rearrangement to room layouts, bathrooms and kitchen, with minor structural alterations (e.g.: removal of canted chimney breasts, enlargement of structural door openings), and the renewal of fitted wardrobes, windows, doors, floors and electrical and plumbing services.

Studio Stassano acted as design team leader helping to appoint and coordinate on behalf of the client all design consultants and provided architectural services for all design the stages of the project including leaseholder permissions and building control approvals.
